r789 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "r789" / "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at r789.ws and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services.
• "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any feature of the r789 platform.
• "Account" means a registered r789 user account created following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a User's r789 Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing r789 in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with r789's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an r789 Account, you must:

• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of r789 or any of its affiliated entities;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity in connection with any r789 Account;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• Not have been previously self-excluded from r789 or any affiliated platform under an active self-exclusion period.

r789 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) r789 Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. r789 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, r789 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r789 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. r789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify r789 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

r789 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. This feature is available at no cost from within the r789 account security settings panel.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on r789 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). r789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels:

Deposits are generally credited to your r789 Account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. r789 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which r789 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are displayed in the r789 cashier;
• Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours;

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

r789 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All r789 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users aged 21 and over only;
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines and sports betting markets on r789 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market type, which are published within the r789 platform. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail for that game or market.

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on r789:

• Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by r789, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the User;
• r789 reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, on incorrect odds, or on an event where material information was unavailable at the time the Wager was accepted;

• Winnings credited to your Account following a Wager are subject to the same Terms and withdrawal conditions as deposited funds.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r789 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Registering or operating multiple r789 Accounts;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the r789 platform in any manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a technical error are void and must be returned;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Users to manipulate outcomes;
• Placing Wagers on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to access or operate your r789 Account;
• Using proceeds of unlawful activity to fund an r789 Account, or using r789 for the purpose of laundering money;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing r789 staff or other Users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming limits, self-exclusion, or cooling-off periods through any means.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the r789 platform — including but not limited to the r789 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of r789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r789 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any r789 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any r789 software or game code;
• Create derivative works based on r789 content;
• Use the r789 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without express written authorisation from r789.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Limitation of Liability

r789's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their r789 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

r789 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. r789 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond r789's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment providers, network outages, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

r789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or financial crime;
• Detection of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated software;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in connection with a deposit to your Account;
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation that requires r789 to restrict access.

Upon Account closure for cause, r789 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may voluntarily close their r789 Account at any time by submitting a written request to r789 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under r789's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to r789 customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification to r789 customer support, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution procedures as prescribed under r789's licence conditions. r789's dispute resolution process is fair, transparent and conducted in English.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they access r789 at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform is consistent with any applicable local requirements.
